Hrithik Roshan was born 10 in January 1974. He is an Indian actress who appears in Hindi films. Has appeared as a child actor in several films in the 1980s, Roshan made his film debut in a leading role in Kaho Well ... Pyaar Hai in 2000. His performance in the film earned him Filmfare Awards for best actor and best male debut.
He followed with leading roles in Fiza and Mission Kashmir (both 2000) and a supporting role in the blockbuster movie Kabhi Khushi Kabhie ghames ... (2001), which was India's highest grossing film in the overseas market until then.
Following through with several unremarkable performances from 2002 to 2003, he played in blockbusters Koi ... Mil Gaya (2003) and sequel Krrish (2006), both of which he won several Best Actor awards. Roshan made his third Filmfare Award for Best Actor in 2006 for his role in the action film Dhoom two, his biggest commercial success to date, and his fourth for Jodhaa Akbar, which he was awarded the Golden minbar International Film Festival.
These results have established him as one of the leading contemporary actors Hindi cinema. He later received several additional recognition for his work in Guzaarish (2010) and Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara (2011).
